Handles the business and legal affairs of the company and acts as its liaison with outside counsel, as required. Nathan handles new client agreements, drafts and maintains the company’s licenses, and negotiates terms with third party labels, publishers, clearance companies, studios, production companies, distributors and providers. Nathan is account manager for songwriters and publishers, such as: Southside Independent Music Publishing (Jonathan Rotem), Richard Marx, Michael McDonald, Donald and Libby Fagen, Jeff Trott, and Infected Mushroom.
